A very proud moment this week when Rod and other members of the Kentucky Rural Bushfire Brigade were recognised for their contribution during the unprecedented 2019 2020 bushfire crisis. Active members of the group were given a NSW Premier’s Bushfire Emergency Citation Certificate, signed by Premier Gladys Berejiklian and Commissioner Shane Fitzsimmons AFSM, a commemorative pin and cap. Premier Berejiklian wrote: Your selflessness, courage and resilience caused all of us to pause and think about the true meaning of family and community You should be incredibly proud of the part you played in protecting your community when it needed you most. Your compassion, courage and generosity have earned you a special place in the history of our State.

Giddy up, on your horse or your bike or whatever transport you like! We will be reopening our "Kentucky Café" on Saturday November 7, 2020 after bringing in the new Covid-19 procedures to the Cafe and the training of our new staff. Please make a booking as numbers will be limited!. Our Cafe will only be open on weekends due to Covid-19 procedures, however takeaway is still available daily. Health and safety are our top priorities in this challenging time. Access to our Cafe is limited in line with Government restrictions. Please read our Covid-19 safety plan prior to making a booking.
