Every little help....so wonderful to have created a paradise for our wild life...my forest allotment was buzzing......such a wonderful space to be and to learn from....

My forest allotment...a green paradise filled with wild flowers edible and not edible, lots of greens to eat and more to come....the permaculture way....it makes so much sense....

My Forest Allotment today .... the buzing of the bees , the butterflies, the frogs ,the birds and the abundance of fruit it's just gorgeous...the borders of my ...plot are made by a collection of delicious and very productive berries and soft fruit plants, they make a green soft barrier that helps me create a microclimat where everything thrives and the diversity of what I have planted works...my bit to help repair the earth... Let's see how much edible stuff can I pack in our tiny front garden....starting with my sprouting pink Spanish onions and normal onions.....some photos here.. using as a backdrop our newly and beautiful mosaic front steps by my Alan Pergusey....well it is looking pretty packed with lots of aromatic herbs, chives and even put our potatoe bags out there all combined with the gorgeous forget me nots....and other things of beauty...enjoy it Tan xx

From Plot to Plate! In our forest allotment today!a wonderful selection of herbs ,leaves,edible flowes,chives,sorrel,dandelions and more to make our dinner tonight! we will have a tasty and aromatic salad and soon a delicious chard and perennial kale bake! and everything organic...how yumiiii

From March 2020 at TANALANS we will have a second regular set menu that can vary slightly depending on the season and availability of ingredients. It can also easily be adapted into a vegan menu without any loss of flavour.

Tanya has a Latin American heritage so all of our food is inspired by her mum's recipes ,Alan is a fantastic baker and he is also the king of empanadas! Our house also doubles up as a gallery so in between courses you're welcome to have a look around at the paintings on the walls and buy them if you want.
