You can get this smoothie and all our other bubble teas and smoothies to go or for dine in as our dining room and patio are now open. Our summer hours are Monday - Saturday 11am - 8pm, and closed Sundays. We hope to see you soon!

In addition to our regular everyday cleaning procedures, we have added extra precautions to help keep our customers and employees safe and healthy! We have increased the frequency of handwashing, sanitizing food contact and preparation surfaces, and increased disinfecting of high touch areas such as door knobs, door handles, countertops, and chairs. We are following and exceeding the CDC standards and Ohio Health Department guidelines and want to assure the public that we always have their best interest at heart as far as your health and providing the highest quality food and drinks. With schools closing and many people having to work from home to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, Pochi Cafe is starting a new delivery program! For the next two weeks, starting on Monday March 16th, we will deliver your lunch or dinner to any address in Gahanna. We will also deliver our famous bubble teas, smoothies, coffee, and espresso drinks along with your food. The delivery fee is waived for the time, but it’s always nice to tip your driver! Just call us at (614) 245-4988 from 11am - 9pm to place your order for delivery. We hope that everyone out there stays safe and healthy!

This Valentine’s Day, Friday February 14th, treat your special someone to a bubble tea, smoothie, or a coffee or espresso drink when you come in to the store. What better way to say I You than with bubble tea!

Gong hei fat choy! This Saturday is Chinese New Year, also known as the Spring Festival . Pochi Café will be doing a bubble tea and smoothie giveaway for the entire weekend! From Saturday January 25th 11am - 9pm and Sunday January 26th 11am - 9pm, come in and receive a FREE Regular sized bubble tea, smoothie, or coffee drink of your choice (limit one per person). If you want to upgrade to a Large size, it will only cost you a dollar! We will also be giving out random prizes in the little red envelopes that all the good kids get for Chinese New Year. Most people associate bubble tea with milk tea-tea made with milk and sweetened with different flavours. Did you know that you can also get green tea bubble tea instead of a milk tea? These green teas have a light, refreshing flavour and come in different varieties such as Strawberry Green Tea, Mango Green Tea, Raspberry Green Tea, Peach Green Tea, and Lychee Green Tea. These teas are also good for people who can’t have milk based drinks but still want a bubble tea. Stop by sometime and try a refreshing green tea bubble tea and let us know which flavours you like.

Someone asked me the other day what bubble tea was and I realized that since Pochi Cafe is at the site of the old Grinders of Gahanna, a lot of people don’t know what bubble tea is. Bubble tea is a collection of drinks originally from Taiwan. These drinks usually consist of milk teas (made with black tea), green teas (no milk added), or smoothies (fruity types or creamy dairy types). The drinks are usually served with soft, chewy tapioca pearls or some other topping like je...llies, puddings, or popping boba. What are some of your favourite bubble tea drinks or flavours? This Veteran’s Day weekend, Saturday November 9th - Monday November 11th, Pochi Café will have a buy one get one special for veterans and members of the military on all our bubble teas, smoothies, and coffees. We welcome all military members past and present to try one of our drinks and get another one for someone else this weekend.

This Thursday October 31st, also known as Beggar’s Night, bring in your kids in their costumes for trick or treat candies and a free bubble tea or smoothie! Let us see your best Halloween costumes out that night!
