We would like to thank Frank Harris from Franks LA kitchen for the opportunity to offer his products . It was a pleasure working with him. Due to various reasons we are no longer carrying his products. But, you can still get his authentic creole dishes from Maxwells Market. In the spirit of giving and helping out we have now partnered with local food truck Gary’s Cajun Cuisine, and are now carrying ready to heat and eat pints and quarts of jambalaya, red beans and sausage, a...nd shrimp Etouffee.
