Following Boris announcement on Saturday we have decided to open this evening. Please come and sample our local beers before the month lockdown begins.

Thank you to all our campsite visitors who have stayed with us since we opened after the 1st lockdown. We hope you all enjoyed your stay and hope to see you all again in the future. Our campsite is now closed for winter and we hope to re open in time for Easter so watch this space for the dates. Keep safe during the next few months. See you all soon. Dear Customers From Monday 2nd November the Powis Arms will be closed every Monday night until further notice. We are open for drinks only on Tuesday to Thursday 5.30pm till 10pm ... Friday bar is open 12pm till 10pm and kitchen - 6pm till 9pm Saturday bar is open 12pm till 10pm and kitchen - 6pm till 9pm Sunday bar is open 12pm till 9:30pm and kitchen - 12 till 4pm. Booking is essential for a table at the weekend for both food and drinks. Please can we remind you that you will need to wear a face covering for entering the pub and leaving and going to the toilets, these face covering can be removed once sat at the table. Dear Customers Following the new government rules released yesterday we have had to make changes to the way we run the Powis safely and abiding to the rules. The Powis will be closing at 10pm, last orders will be called at 9:30pm, one drink per customer to be ordered. Doors will be locked at 10:00pm.... It will be table service only, please wait to be seated. There will be NO service at the bar and payment will be taken at tables. As from Monday 28th September, it is required to wear a face mask in the pub in all areas. Once at a table the mask can be removed but on to move around. No facemask will mean NO ENTRY!!! It is essential to book tables especially the weekend. These rules have been made by the government. Please help us stay open by following the rules. Many Thanks Lucy and Jackie

Dear Customers The Powis Arms will be closed on Monday 14th September. We will be re opening on Tuesday 15th September at 4.30pm From next week we have a new chef starting so to begin with the kitchen will be closed Monday to Thursday and opening ... Friday and Saturday night 6 till 9pm, on Sunday 12 till 4pm. We still advised booking during these opening times. Please can we remind you due the change to the government social distancing rules it is only 6 people per table We advise again tables to be booked for drinks as well.
